As the co-founder of Talent Bridge Digital, Nick focuses on connecting companies with top-tier talent from Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, offering cost-effective nearshore hiring solutions. He has worked with hundreds of clients helping them with large statements of work to scale teams and has a deep understanding of the tech and software engineering world. Nick holds a Master’s degree in Digital Business from IE University, where he gained knowledge in areas like digital transformation, machine learning, FinTech, product management and cybersecurity which gives him the expertise to understand your business and services and help find the right tech specialists for critical niche hires. Fluent in English and Spanish, with professional experience across multiple locations and across multiple industry sectors Nick brings a global perspective to recruitment and workforce solutions. Manuel Eigen, the Co-founder, is a passionate consultant in IT transformation projects, With his technical experitise and international mindset, he serves customers around the globe to define IT projects and find suitable talent, turning them into organizational success. He perfectly knows how to manage IT teams inside projects of limited time, scope and budget, finding tailor made solutions, respecting customer´s individual circumstances. Manuel has more than 7 years of professional experience in consulting focused on IT Strategy and Operations, mainly in Logistics/Transportation and Manufacturing industries. He is German native and speaks fluent Spanish and English. He was working as an in-house consultant in Kuehne+Nagel and Volkswagen Group Services, focused on Digital Transformation projects. As a senior consultant at Indra Business Consulting he has been responsible for delivering strategy, optimization and transformation projects with a technological focus, contributing from the strategy definition up to the technical implementation. He holds certificates in agile project methodologies and continuously extents his technical skills (e.g., programming languages (VBA, SQL); Process and IT modelling techniques, Software (incl. SAP modules), cloud solutions etc.) Manuel has been living for several years in Spain. Whilst finishing of his business studies in Göttingen, Germany, he was coaching Spanish professionals at their workplace in German companies, which motivated him to dedicate his Bsc. thesis to a qualitative study about organizational attractiveness of German companies perceived by Spanish employees.
